frantic/friday

Fridays are always nice. It's the end of the week, the beginning of the weekend, it's about to be break time. At SLC, Fridays mean we get to see Diane in life drawing. Life drawing puts the FUN in fundamentals (ouch haha). It's a class where you can hone your skills, and you begin to realize that in those 3 hours of drawing models each week that you are becoming better and better, and it is not just your drawing of figures that is improving. Your eye for scale, value, line, and all those other silly principals is becoming more refined. Bonus: it's with one of the best teachers and is just an awesome 3 hours of art!

Then... you realize that monday is only 2 days away, and you're going to be so busy this weekend that it doesn't count as a weekend! So, enjoy those 3 hours, because they are the best.
