Sunday - Studio 2 Complete!

It's a great day and progress is being made! My second studio piece is complete and ready to show! This piece focuses on mental health and the lack of support for youth. This work features news articles where teens are standing up, asking for help, and making a difference for themselves. The article shown in the center of my work was from an interview I gave to Canadian Press in November of 2017 after the launch of a provincial advocacy "In It Together" research paper. The work is a 24x36 mixed media piece involving image transfers, collage, and acrylic paint titled "Don't See/Don't Speak".
